At the center of every problem, the answer is present. In the midst of every challenge there is comfort, guidance and relief. In the midst of illness there is healing. At the brink of disaster there is salvation. God is the answer! God is the comfort you seek, the guidance you need, the healing you have prayed for and the saving grace in all situations.
I can surely testify to this 100 percent! In those times of fear, pain, disaster. God is my only hope and he is always faithful. When i cry out to him he always gives me peace and calms the storms of my life.
Amplified Bible (AMP)
29 He hushes the storm to a calm and to a gentle whisper, so that the waves of the sea are still.
If, however, you have problems believing in God, you will be challenged to find the answer, feel the comfort, receive the healing, or be saved from disaster.
God is the essence of life. He is always present. Always knowing. Forever giving us exactly what we need, exactly when we need it. Unfortunately, far too many of us believe that God only provides for the “good” people, because God likes for them to be good. And, if we believe that we have not always been good, chances are we also believe that God is not always blessing us. I don’t believe that.
Amplified Bible (AMP)
22 And the Lord said to Moses,
23 Say to Aaron and his sons, This is the way you shall bless the Israelites. Say to them,
24 The Lord bless you and watch, guard, and keep you;
25 The Lord make His face to shine upon and enlighten you and be gracious (kind, merciful, and giving favor) to you;
26 The Lord lift up His [approving] countenance upon you and give you peace (tranquility of heart and life continually).
27 And they shall put My name upon the Israelites, and I will bless them.
God is the grace in which we live. Yes! God does hold us accountable for what we do but does not see our actions as reasons for punishing or abandoning us! Even when i was so far in my sin before i got saved; God was always there, drawing me to him. He was speaking to my heart. Saying come to me…i love you. And i would say….Im not ready, not yet. I was running and God was right on my trail. Watching over me, protecting me, loving me! He is such a good father. He loves us so much. I can’t even put into words the unconditional love he has for us! It is amazing! God expect us to learn from and grow through our wandering beliefs and actions. He expects us to rely on and turn to him when “our” way does not work. When we finally have the revelation that God requires a certain thing to be done in a certain way, at a certain time, and we know we have not done it, we will have difficulty feeling the presence of God when we need it most. I can always tell when something is blocking my connection with God. It may be unconfessed sin, unforgiveness, bitterness. I just ask God to reveal to me what it is that is blocking his presence and the clear the air. As i begin to pray and worship i begin to reconnect.
You may have told yourself in the past that you were not worthy of being in God’s presence. Just for today, be devoted to believing in and receiving the precence of God in your heart, mind, and life.
11 You will show me the path of life; in Your presence is fullness of joy, at Your right hand there are pleasures forevermore.
Stand before a mirror, look deeply into your own eyes, ask the question, turn over the illness, present the challenge, request the comfort, express heartfelt gratitude by believing that God is with you right at this very moment.
The Message (MSG)
6 “Be strong. Take courage. Don’t be intimidated. Don’t give them a second thought because God, your God, is striding ahead of you. He’s right there with you. He won’t let you down; he won’t leave you.”
Today’s New International Version (TNIV)
11 The Lord will guide you always;
he will satisfy your needs in a sun-scorched land
and will strengthen your frame.
You will be like a well-watered garden,
like a spring whose waters never fail.
The Message (MSG)
16-18″This is how much God loved the world: He gave his Son, his one and only Son. And this is why: so that no one need be destroyed; by believing in him, anyone can have a whole and lasting life. God didn’t go to all the trouble of sending his Son merely to point an accusing finger, telling the world how bad it was. He came to help, to put the world right again. Anyone who trusts in him is acquitted; anyone who refuses to trust him has long since been under the death sentence without knowing it. And why? Because of that person’s failure to believe in the one-of-a-kind Son of God when introduced to him.
